Maj Trang, daughter of the official portrait painter of leader Ho Chi Minh was a teenager in Hanoi living in fear, as the bombs fell daily for five long years. In 1990 Mai Trang left her homeland and began a new life in Sweden, becoming a painter, like her father and brothers. Ric Wasserman has the story.
